1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the perawin online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the perawin website and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered members and visitors.

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by perawin, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.

perawin reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on perawin, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gambling regulations applicable to online casino-style gaming.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of perawin, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform or any other perawin service.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other relevant regulatory authority.

perawin reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending completion of the verification process.

Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits made will be returned to the payment source used, subject to verification.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the perawin Platform, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• One account per person: Each individual may register only one account on perawin. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Identity verification (KYC): perawin is required to verify the identity of its members in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide any documents requested for this purpose, including a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, or PhilSys national ID) and proof of address.
• Account non-transferability: Your perawin account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

perawin reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your perawin account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your perawin account and not reuse it across other services.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify perawin customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach.

perawin will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from perawin that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

perawin shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify perawin of a security breach and we take action to secure the account.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on perawin are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted payment methods: perawin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) and debit cards. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency transactions are not accepted.
• Minimum and maximum limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the Platform and may be updated from time to time. perawin reserves the right to impose transaction limits at its discretion.
• Withdrawal verification: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. perawin reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing funds.
• Processing times: Deposit processing times vary by payment method. E-wallet deposits (GCash, PayMaya) are typically credited instantly. Withdrawal processing times are as indicated on the Platform and may vary based on the payment method and verification status of your account.
• Funds ownership: You represent that all funds deposited into your perawin account are legitimately yours and are not derived from any illegal activity. perawin is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

perawin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its members from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions, unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play, collusion, or other forms of bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• perawin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• perawin reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or winnings obtained through fraudulent means or in breach of these Terms.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

perawin offers a range of casino games including live dealer games, slot machines, bingo, and table games. The following terms apply to gameplay:

• Each game on the Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with the rules of any game before playing.
• Digital games on perawin use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games use physical equipment operated by trained dealers in a controlled studio environment.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game, perawin will use reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. If this is not possible, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned.
• perawin reserves the right to void any bet or game result that is the product of a software error, data corruption, or any other technical fault.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any other artificial means to play games on the Platform is strictly prohibited.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the perawin Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or match-fixing.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to facilitate any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing perawin staff or other users.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Circumventing any self-exclusion, deposit limit, or other responsible gaming measure you have set on your account.

9. Responsible Gaming

perawin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions apply:

• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time through your account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session reminders: You may configure session time reminders to alert you when you have been playing for a specified period.
• Self-exclusion: You may request a self-exclusion period of varying durations through your account settings or by contacting perawin customer support. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account or receive promotional communications from perawin.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the perawin Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements — is the property of perawin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of perawin. Any unauthorized use of perawin's intellectual property may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, perawin and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising in connection with the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered through it.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any technical malfunction, server failure, or data loss affecting the Platform.

perawin's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your perawin account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude perawin's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12. Suspension & Termination

perawin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if perawin reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.
• You have engaged in any form of bonus abuse, collusion, or cheating.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to perawin, other users, or the integrity of the Platform.
• perawin is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.

Upon termination of your account for cause, perawin reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds. Real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to perawin.

You may close your account at any time by contacting perawin customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

13. Amendments to These Terms

perawin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, perawin will notify registered members via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and perawin, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication with perawin customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to the conduct of games or the application of game rules, perawin's decision — made in good faith and based on available technical records — shall be final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process under PAGCOR guidelines.
